It is a quick fix when a buckle is scratched or lost and the strap itself is still good. Also available as the clasp for AP in 18mm to 24mm and four colours, for gold, rose gold or black cases.
How to fit it
- Lay the watch on a soft cloth to protect the case.
- Use a spring bar tool to release the small spring bar that holds the current buckle on the strap end.
- Place the new buckle on the strap end and refit the spring bar until it clicks into place.
- Close and open the buckle a few times to check it holds securely.
Only the buckle is changed; the watch case is never opened.
