1. Lay the watch face down on a soft cloth and cover the lugs with low-tack tape to protect the case.
2. Use a spring bar tool to compress the spring bar and lift the old strap or bracelet out of the lugs.
3. Fit the spring bars into the new bracelet, seat one end in a lug hole, compress the other end and let it click into place.
4. Tug gently on each side to check that both spring bars are locked in.

Only the bracelet is changed. There is no need to open the case back, and you should never do so to fit a bracelet.

Remove links to size the bracelet, taking the same number from each side of the clasp where possible.
